Predictive Maintenance – Replace equipment prior to performance decline or failure! Review and check systems regularly to minimise failure. As an example one company wanted a pump to be maintained quarterly at an approximate cost of £200. Annual costs £800, by using predictive maintenance the cost of checking the pump and replacing it annually, which would not be required, would be £600. Assuming the pump is not replaced each year then saving can be as high as 50% of the previous cost level.
Planned Preventative Maintenance – Agree service and replacement schedules for a given period.

Compilation and Installation of Contract Management Systems - asset list development, automated planned programmes such as Shire, Planet, Confirm and other bespoke systems.
