We have worked with Carillion since 1995 supplying building and facilities service on large and small contracts, involving ADAS, MAFF/DEFRA and the MOD. Our contribution has included planned and reactive maintenance on a 24/7 basis.
 
Since 1998 we have worked extensively with the Royal Parks undertaking electrical and mechanical service. If you see a building in Richmond, Regents or St James Parks we have serviced it, ensuring it remain within the very high standards that our customer expects and demand. As part of our service we opened satellite offices to ensure our response is always first class.
 
As we have experience of high and low voltage systems we are very well placed to service the needs for Kent County Council (Highways). Next time you go through the A229 road tunnel at Hern Bay or use the Ramsgate Tunnels it has been services by use since 1998.
 
Water chlorination and Legionella testing in health and leisure facilities.
 
Work with Lewisham has included air conditioning installation and defects surveys, gas and heating services.
